If you manage several locations, you can use the same user account.
What is a location?
A location is tied to the menu your guests see on their phones. You might need to keep menus separate, and therefore you need several locations.
Use case examples:
- Restaurant: Has a bar area and a dining area. Guests in the bar should not get access to ordering food, and therefore the restaurant needs two locations with one menu on each.
- Hotel: Has a restaurant, hotel bar, room service and conference offering. These might all need to be separated.
A user account can have a large amount of locations in their profile.
Getting access to multiple locations
If you don't find all your locations, sign in and out. If that didn't help, Contact Favrit Support.
